We're up early each morning as the South Melbourne and Prahran Markets open to ensure your important event is abundant with fresh, flavoursome, locally grown ingredients.

Out of Thyme developed from a passion of cooking, a respect for high quality local seasonal ingredients and a yearning to always do what we love and get enormous satisfaction and fulfilment from.
